What we collect

• Bidding activity: bids placed, lots watched, invoices and payments.
• Seller information: asset details, valuation correspondence, settlement details.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, cookie identifiers.

Why we process it

To operate the auction and form contracts of sale, to verify identity and prevent fraud, to take payment and settle with sellers, and to send service messages such as outbid alerts. Marketing email is sent only with consent and can be stopped at any time.

Sharing

We share the details needed for collection between buyer and seller, and we use processors for payments, email delivery and hosting. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Transaction records are kept for six years to meet UK accounting and tax requirements. Account data is deleted on request where no legal obligation requires it.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
